The Leasing Office will be closing at 3:30 p.m. the day before Independence Day, July 3rd, and we will be closed on Independence Day, July 4th. We will reopen Sunday, July 5th, at 10:00 am, with normal office hours open until 5:30 pm. Have a great holiday weekend!

Spring Cleaning
As we are wrapping up spring and getting ready for summer, it would be a great time to clean up your patios. We would like to remind you of the items that are allowed on your patio: flowers/plants, bicycles, tricycles, strollers, hand-pushed child vehicles, small 1lb canister propane BBQ’s and patio furniture.
Items that are prohibited (but are not limited to): Sunshades, tarps, fencing/ trellises, and carpeting/rugs.
