A big THANK YOU to all of the lovely people who attended, volunteered for, opened their homes and worked behind the scenes to make the 2026 Irvington Home Tour the most successful year to date!
Follow Anne's mini video tour of the 1911 Harry C & Elizabeth J Ewing House, where our crew was stationed with one of the home owners (and had a good time)!
More than 1,300 people purchased tickets to visit 6 unique Irvington neighborhood homes. Tour goers also enjoyed food carts, classic cars, a history presentation and heritage tree walks.
The tour raised more than $60,000 for the Irvington Community Association Charitable Giving Committee. Their grant recipients are local non-profits and schools for youth, seniors, and underserved neighbors.
You can see some past grant recipients here: https://www.irvingtonpdx.com/charitable-giving-1

Last Friday, we celebrated adding a pro painter to our team - welcome, Henry! Here are a few snapshots of Henry, fellow paint pro Rene and crew from the restoration site at Billy Webb Elks Lodge, established in 1926 -
_______________________________________________________________
Over its 100 year history, this building has served as a welcoming, safe hub for African American residents of the Albina neighborhood to gather in, support each other and celebrate their community when other social spaces closed them out. After a fire significantly damaged the lodge in 2021, it was listed as one of ’s Most Endangered Places, and plans for a phased restoration took shape.
We're honored to be part of the second phase of work at this neighborhood gem, repairing and replacing a variety of windows.

Join us for "Planning Your Remodel with the Whole House in Mind"

Hosted by Arciform at , this one-hour session focuses on how to approach remodeling as a long-term strategy. We’ll share practical insight into how early decisions influence what comes next, and how to create a cohesive plan across multiple phases.
