Begin the New Year grounded in practice with teacher trainee, Paul LaVigne, offering the Dharma talk this Sunday, January 4 on The Fourth Foundation of Mindfulness: Dhammas. In this final section of the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha gives us several strategies to help us develop an expanded perspective regarding the activity of our own minds. As we combine this framing with the truth of impermanence, we develop a better capacity to let go of craving, aversion, and delusion.
