All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced Food Production Company in the McMinnville area.

💼 Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up machines for production runs and ensure proper calibration
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Document machine settings, output, and any production deviations
• Follow strict safety and quality protocols at all times

🔧 Requirements:
• Ability to read technical manuals and production documents
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Flexible with schedule and open to overtime

💪 Physical Requirements:
• Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 70 lbs)
• Use of hands/arms for repetitive tasks
• Occasional kneeling, climbing, and working at heights
• Ability to operate dolly/forklift to move full drums of chemicals

🕒 Schedule & Pay:
Day Shift: $20.63/hr
Graveyard Shift: $23.13/hr (includes $2.50 night differential)

Rotating Shifts:

Shift 1: Sun – Every Other Wed | 4am – 4pm
Shift 2: Sun – Every Other Wed | 4pm – 4am
Shift 3: Every Other Wed – Sat | 4am – 4pm
Shift 4: Every Other Wed – Sat | 4pm – 4am
