Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Happy Lunch at Buffalo Gap Saloon & Eatery (6835 S Macadam Ave, Portland) We’ll gather at this popular John’s Landing area location. Please come join us! We will want to make a table reservation, so please RSVP by Monday, May11th by reply email or use the comment box below.

Friday, May 15th, 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. PCC Founders’ Day – Retirement Recognition Event, Southeast Campus, Library (2305 SE 82nd and Division, Portland). This annual event began last year as a celebration of our years of service to students, recognizing both current year and previous retirees. Saturday, May 16th, 7:00 p.m. “I Am An American” The Immigrant Story – Live. https://theimmigrantstory.org/ (Patricia Reser Center for the Arts, 12625 SW Cresent St, Beaverton, OR 97005) Note: We have been advised that advanced tickets are recommended for this event. Ticket information is available through the link, the layout is a little unusual because it is a ‘pay what you will’ as a donation, you can select the amount you want to pay for your ticket(s).

Wednesday, May 27, 11:30 a.m. Pinot & Prose Book Club. Come join us for the discussion of our selection of the month: The Little Paris Book Shop by Nina George. Friday, June 26th, 5:00 p.m. Second Annual Portland Spirit Happy Hour Cruise! Yes, we’ve decided after the success of last years’ cruise to make this an annual end of the academic year event at which we will welcome our new Retirees to membership in the PCC Retiree Network. Details will follow as we have to work out the group discount tickets, etc.
