SUB/MERGE is a monthly queer dance party for all at Flask Lounge in Portland. SUB/MERGE takes place on the last Saturday of every month from 9pm-1am.
Hey Sub/Merge family, thank you so much for coming out to celebrate q***r pride with us. Together we raised $740 for the LGBTQ+ Immigrants and Allies Network of Maine. A big shout out to Sol Nova for coming all the way from New York to party with us. We love you all for bringing the spirit of community with you. Let's keep working together for liberation for all our folks.

Our Story
:: SUB/MERGE was a party about building and celebrating q***r community that ran for 3 1/2 years from 2103-2016.
One of the amazing legacies of q***rness is a commitment to creating a world that's better for all of us. That's why SUB/MERGE is dedicated to using your hot & sweaty dollars to support organizations like BreakOUT (https://www.facebook.com/YouthBreakOUT) the Southern Maine Workers' Center (https://www.facebook.com/MaineWorkers), and Portland Outright (https://www.facebook.com/PortlandOutright).
We stand in solidarity with people across Maine and beyond who are working to build communities that are safe and equitable for young people, q***rs, people of color, immigrants & refugees, workers of all kinds, and folks from a myriad of other marginalized communities. Shakin' it for justice: I mean, does it really get better than that? ::
:: So, let's start building that world together on every last Saturday of the month. Respect each other on and off the dance floor (consent is hella sexy) and help make sure we all get home safe. ::
