Workout lasted a bit longer than usual. I must admit, I wasn't thrilled about it but pushed through and got it done! Here's what my leg session looked like:
Squat
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
Seated Calf Raises
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
Seated Leg Curl
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
