St. James Child Development Center

The Preschool for All application is now open until April 30th! We’re thrilled to offer Preschool for All spots at our location. PFA connects kids in our community to free preschool and we are proud to partner with them. Children who will be 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2025 and have at least one parent or legal guardian living in Multnomah County are eligible this year.

Placements are not first-come, first-served. All applications received during the application period are processed at the same time. Families don’t need to rush to get their applications in! Reach out to us to schedule a tour and meet our team today!

Have you all checked out our new refreshed courtyard playground space? Thank you to St James Alum, Cole Z. for completing his Eagle Scout Project at St James to benefit the CDC children. Everyone loves the new friendship benches, hopscotch court and trees planted.
