Machida Gospel Assembly visitors last week. An easy gangway coming in. Later, the tide can make it steeper when going ashore. 1-5. Arrival 6,7. Berthing for troops 4 high 8,9 Officers Wardroom mess-real plates versus metal trays for crew and C rations for troops. 10-12 20 mm anti aircraft display in messing and clipping room. 13, 14 at the Helm, awaiting orders from the Officer of the Deck. The handle is the actual steering device. 15, 16 20 mm gun tub topside where the actual anti aircraft battles took place. Note the 1/2" steel plate for protection. 17.
