I am finally feeling a bit more healthier than when I started going to the gym in September l.

Our Community Healing Program Is been pushed to next Friday. This is due to the extreme heatwave in Portland, so the Sunrise Center is being used as a cooling center. Invite more friends and family for next Friday at 7 pm and every Friday after that. Here is the address
