Dreams do come true with Action! ✨ For so long, I've envisioned creating a space where I could share the power of mindfulness with others. Today, I'm thrilled to announce that the first part of that dream has become a reality with the launch of The Mindful Takeover on YouTube! It's a series of 1-minute meditations designed to help you find moments of calm and presence in your day while also being very real about my personal struggles to get here!
This journey has been a reminder that sometimes the most important step is simply to begin. It may have taken time to cultivate the courage and clarity to get started, but when the time was right, I was able to put forth a (slightly janky) plan and thrust myself into imperfect action 🤣. I'm so grateful for this experience and can't wait to see where it leads!
10 Days of 1 minute We're meditating for 1 minute every day. It sounds simple, but this is a true act of rebellion for some! Consistency is key. We've got this!
