We're hiring! Our NE Portland office is seeking a full-time team member to join our front office Mondays - Thursdays. Dental experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
Requirements
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good telephone etiquette
-Knowledge of dental terminology a plus
-Proven dental experience preferred
-Proficiency in dental practice management software preferred
Duties
-Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
-Scheduling appointments
-Collecting payments
-Updating patient records
-Documenting procedures
-Reviewing treatment plans with patients
-Insurance billing and claim follow up
-Daily reports, deposits
