Celebrate with us the start of a new PPS Kellogg Middle School with a groundbreaking ceremony that takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 6909 SE Powell Blvd. Speakers, local dignitaries and music will add to the festive atmosphere. The event also provides the public an opportunity to meet the project team and learn more about the new school. Kellogg will be the first entirely new school to be built in SE Portland in many decades and will provide students and staff with a state-of-the-art middle school facility. Kellogg is one of the first major construction projects funded by the May 2017 Bond.

Kellogg Rebuild Highlights
The Kellogg site will include over 100,000 square feet of new construction, including a performing arts stage, a multi-purpose gym and assembly space, a large, flexible commons space, and dedicated outdoor learning spaces. The school will be a focal point of its Southeast Portland neighborhood, offering a new educational center and resource hub for the community.
