Planning for a pregnancy?
Did you know that it takes about 3 months for a follicle to mature and release as an egg. So that means that if you want to be in the best health for conception, you have to do the work AT LEAST 3 months ahead.💯
Y'all have heard this before - it’s the basics that create a holistic foundation for health and that includes hormonal health for fertility and family planning.

PMS and Period Pains are a pain... quite literally 😓
