This is becoming a frequent scam so beware! If you receive a phone call from someone identifying themselves as a deputy from our agency claiming you missed jury duty it IS A SCAM! They will say they have a summons and that you need to appear in court and pay a bond but this IS A SCAM!

If you ever question the validity of a call you can always verify with us at 207-774-1444.

We may call to confirm an address only to assist in locating the defendant to serve, but never ask for private information in person, email, or over the phone!!
As professional process servers and investigators, we can obtain your Private info through legal means to assist in locating the subject. If someone portray or pose as a Maine Process Servers and are asking for your DOB, Social, and or financial, they are not us or an actual process server. SCAM!!!
They may also have the ability do Spoof the call with Caller ID showing up as our phone # or law enforcement.
Hang up and report incident with local authorities including reporting the number date time with FCC.
