Whether you’re attending events, connecting with your community, taking time to rest, or simply showing up as yourself, remember that your well-being matters.

Just two days away from NAMIWalks Northwest!
We’ve got a full day of activities planned to help you connect, recharge, get creative, and have fun with the community. From yoga with Firelight Yoga, to our Community Mural hosted by Uplift Teams, to Emotional Support Chickens, plant potting, therapy animals, tarot readings, live music from Reel2Real, and so much more — there’s truly something for everyone.
Whether you spend the day walking the route, relaxing in the park, visiting the resource fair, or hanging out with baby goats (honestly, valid), we can’t wait to celebrate mental health and community with you.
