Summary
Responsible for the accurate delivery of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Accurately and professionally transports and delivers hazardous and non-hazardous materials in a safe, compliant, timely and courteous manner.
Acts as liaison between internal and external customers to provide Stellar Service and build long-term relationships.
Understands and complies with applicable government regulations (US: DOT, EPA, OSHA; Canada: Transport Canada, Environment Canada and Worksafe BC) and specific HSE requirements, including the Driver Manual. Actively participates in and supports C1 safety culture.
Maintains and operates Composites One equipment in a fiscally responsible and compliant manner.
Education

HS Diploma, GED or equivalent is required

Required Certifications
Current Class A CDL drivers license with the following endorsements:
general knowledge, air brakes, combination vehicle and hazardous material.
Forklift certification preferred.

Experience
Must be 25 years of age or older (for insurance policy compliance)
Requires a minimum of 3 years related experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipment, preferably with transporting hazardous materials
Knowledge and understanding of OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping.
No traffic violations in the last 3 years

Summary

We are a local construction company looking for an office assistant to work in our Portland, ME office

Responsibilities include but not limited to

Communications with clients through phone, email, and during in person meetings
Maintaining and processing light accounting projects that include data entry, payroll,
A/R and some A/P, in a timely manner
Assisting with document preparation and filing of proper forms with the various municipalitie
Reconciling month end financials
Maintaining accurate staff, contractor, and client files
Printing, copying, and creating necessary documents for projects
Maintaining accurate time-clock records, assigned tasks and daily logs through Buildertrend
(Buildertrend is a construction-based software program. Must have an interest in learning this program)
Assist in managing various schedules for multiple projects as needed
Obtain quotes from vendors for projects in que.
Qualifications

In Person/Phone Customer Service Experience
Assist in managing various schedules for multiple projects as needed
Minimum 1-year reception/administrative experience
Intermediate knowledge of Quickbooks online platform
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
Problem solving skills and impeccable attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, manage time wisely, and work under pressure
