"I am so grateful for this auto garage. I have a newborn + the AC went out in our car during a heatwave. After getting a high estimate + vague explanation of what was needed from another shop, I frantically googled a garage that had good reviews + works on hybrids. When I called Reborn, John was extremely kind + squeezed me in day of - even saying “come enjoy our cool lobby with that newborn while we figure this out.” I had been sobbing in my warm car while my newborn was screaming in the backseat before I called them. It was an incredible relief to relax in the lobby + be treated with such kindness. John detailed the process needed to assure I had a good understanding before agreeing to the service.
