Start Time: 9 am (arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start promptly at 9am)
Distance: 5.9 miles
Elevation Change: 800 ft.
Pace: 2.5 mph avg (our faster paced hike)

Hi hikers. Our regular 2nd Saturday hike for Saturday July 11th will be a route that takes us in the shade mostly from Pendleton Park Wandering as many SW Parks in Hayhurst, Bridlemile, and Maplewood Neighborhoods as we can find. Some highlights will be a section of the Red Electric Trail, the Vermont Creek Crossing Trail, Albert Kelly Park, and more. It is going to be a hot day so prepare accordingly; Pendleton Pk and April Hill Park should have restrooms.
