The F. Howard Mayo - Let ‘Em Play Foundation was created in 2012 by the Portland Basketball Officials

Since our inception, we have provided over $16,000 to more than
100 student-athletes from 25 schools. The foundation funds have
helped high school athletes participate in their basketball programs,
when then may not have otherwise been able to, due to family
financial difficulties.
