As we continue experiencing this pandemic, and enter the often stressful holiday times, it can be important to know that you're not alone in your feelings. It can be helpful to put a name and gauge how we're feeling, and this image and this concept can be helpful in that.
It also reminds us that many, many people are experiancing the same feelings as we are.
