At The Portland Ballet, a century-plus of dance history • Oregon ArtsWatch The company's May 16-17 "Current/Classic 2026" will range from excerpts of Petipa's late 19th-century "Sleeping Beauty" to Dennis Spaight's late 20th-century "Gloria" and a premiere by company graduate Nick Le-Jurica.

The Portland Ballet is celebrating 25 years of bringing dance to our community.

For a quarter century, students have found discipline, confidence, and creative expression here. Some have gone on to professional careers. Many more carry what they’ve learned into every part of their lives.

As we look ahead, we’re focused on what it takes to keep this work going.
