Ceviche's cooler cousin. We made ours with bay shrimp, salmon, clams, a little halibut, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, green peppers, Anaheim chilis, onion, cilantro, olives, lime, and a couple secret things. Never gonna tell you what they are. Unless you ask.
