Join PCM and MediaRites this Sunday, May 31, at 1:00 pm for an afternoon of stories and snacks!
The latest -Ism Storytellers Project from MediaRites features stories from Chinese-American elders, highlighted in this special presentation curated and hosted by Roberta Wong. Hear stories from two pairs of siblings who will tell stories about a Portland Chinatown that no longer exists due to gentrification and the displacement of Chinese American residents to outer Portland: siblings Melvin Lee and Frances Lee Perkins, and siblings Barbara Janac and Ronald Wong.
This event is free, no rsvp required. Refreshments will be served.
