Behold our new LOCAL TOMATO SANDWICH!
Local, Organic Tomatoes, v-goat cheese, shaved cucumber, basil, and olive salad on our bakery’s pizza Bianca flatbread. Our v-goat is absolutely delicious but if you prefer regular cheese, we are happy to sub burrata. This is now a regular menu through the end of tomato season. Sweet, juicy summer goodness is here at Monte’s! 🍅❤️🥪

on our MARGHERITA pizza? Two are easy to spot - the burrata and pecorino on top of our Nana Q’s sauce. Number three, a layer of sliced provolone, is hidden below the sauce, helping to keep our pinsa crust crisp (that undercarriage!) and adding to a total cheese weight perfectly balanced with sauce and crust. Details that make a difference you can taste and feel!
