Open Hearts Open Minds is a Portland, Oregon-based nonprofit that brings the transformative power of the arts to people impacted by incarceration. Through theater, music, writing, and creative expression, we create spaces for connection, growth, and hope. We are building bridges between those inside correctional facilities and the broader community while celebrating our shared humanity.
