Another episode of “A girl can’t live on French Food Alone”…😆 4 years ago, I had the opportunity of a lifetime afforded me by , getting to spend a week galavanting all over Spain, visiting some of the most amazing wineries I’ve ever experienced. It was a truly remarkable trip, guided by the amazing !! I was so honored to be invited to attend the virtual reunion of our trip, to see some old friends, and learn about some new wines. I promised myself I would do this Allanda Blanc justice by preparing the most authentic Pulpo de Gallega that I could to pair with it. And OMG, folx, it turned out beautifully!
