If you like a Jungle Bird, try this easy twist on the tiki classic that’s made with out small-batch Spiced Rum and house-made Tropical Pineapple Syrup. That’s right— our Spiced Rum is back! It’s restocked at the New Deal Bottle Shop and on our website at newdealbottleshop.com
Fowl Play
1½ oz New Deal Spiced Rum
1 oz New Deal Tropical Pineapple Syrup
¾ oz Campari
½ oz lime juice
1 lime wheel for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!

Hopworks Brewer’s Whiskey is finally ready to share with all of you! A true single malt born from a collab between and New Deal. Hopworks brewed an unhopped organic lager from 100% two-row malted barley specifically for distilling, then we ran it through our brandy column and aged it for 5 years in new American oak.
The result: bright tart apple on the nose, malty sweetness up front, grassy mid-palate, and a warm oaky finish with a touch of creamy apple.
