There’s no question, rates are high. It was nice to see rates in the 3s-4s but the truth is that, we may not see that for a long time, if ever again.

The national average rent increase grew year over year at 10.9% with the average rent cost of $2,495 a month.

Owning real estate and paying yourself back each month in principal, never having to worry about a rent increase or eviction, tax write offs, autonomy to remodel or paint as you please, hedging against inflation, etc. These are all great reasons why owning real estate still makes sense.
