These devices require children to use a push-pull movement with their arms, legs, and core muscles. Children of almost all abilities, including those with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome, love to ride these devices. Schools have found that Pumper Car vehicles are effective in promoting exercise and inclusion.
