This one is truly special to me.

Twelve years ago, when I first moved to Portland, I lived with Jenn and Tim and developed one of those lifelong friendships you just don’t take for granted.

We’ve casually been searching for their next home for a few years, wanting to stay close to downtown while finding something with real character, charm, and more space. It wasn’t the easiest combination to find… until this one.

The moment we walked in, we all just knew. It was the one.
Fun fact, this home was once owned by Dorothy McCullough Lee, the first female mayor of Portland, which makes it even more special.
