We are looking for an ASB Auditor for the ‘26-‘27 school year!
The Auditor is responsible for maintaining an organized record of all ASB-relevant documents, such as meeting minutes for Cabinet and Senate, as well as legislation. They respond to requests for that documentation from students and also perform audits and investigations when requested by students, both within and outside of ASB. The Auditor must also conduct at least one student-wide survey per year. There are a few periodic duties that the Auditor must perform as well on an as-needed basis, such as summary reports on events such as student elections, updating the ASB website, and helping oversee the ongoing digital ASB feedback form.
The Auditor chairs the Auditory Committee with one primary member: the Student Notetaker. They are responsible for training their Notetaker and ensuring that their recordings and minutes are integrated into the existing Auditory ecosystem. The Auditor receives an honoraria of $2,000 per year, distributed monthly.
