2015 Vespertine Winter Ball cast member, Karlie Lever du Soleil.

Karlie Lever was born in Canada but grew up in and around Portland, Oregon.
She began studing ballet at the tender age of two and half. With time, Karlie's interests have grown and expanded, leading her into several realms of dance and art. She has studied and trained in contemporary, jazz, and hip hop.
Notably, Karlie has also trained with infamous L.A. choreographer's Tinny and Aury, known for their work with Aaliyah and Will Smith, to name a few.
In 2013 she won RAW, Performance Artist of the Year.
Karlie is an innovative and ever-changing artist, continuously developing new skills and talents. Her dedication, precision, and powerful presence, is felt in every performance, leaving her audiences moved and mesmerized.
Karlie's newest passions are sais, bostaff and aerial chains.

Fredrick Zal is an architect, sculptor, and performance artist. (www.fhzal.com)
He is interested in creating performances that engage all the senses so that one is fully called into the present moment; audience and artist as one.
His movement and composition come from a totemic place deep within his wolf self, where a performance may echo through the bloody marrow of our bones to seduce the soul from chaos to calm and back again.
He loves butoh, contact improv, yoga, hiking with his pup, and sharing food with friends.

2015 Vespertine Winter Ball cast member, Hazel Greene.

Hazel Greene is an Oregon native, born and raised in Portland.
She has been playing and performing music for 12 years, and studied jazz at a local university. She began acting and reading for roles in 2012 for a YULE event.
Hazel has studied belly dance and hip hop, practices yoga, worships Sarasvati and Parvati, performs alternative dance and acrobat sets locally, and is attending a Yoga Instructor Training program this winter.
