Celebrating 10 years of making music in Oregon! A decade ago, I walked across the Golden Gate Bridge and headed north to Portland with all my belongings and an ambitious gut feeling. If I measure success by how far I’ve come since then, I’d say I’ve come a hell of a long way.

I couldn’t possibly sum up 10 years in a few pictures, so here’s a chronological-ish walk down memory lane from my first 365 days here. Back when phone cameras were primitive and I had to ask strangers, “Hey, can you email me that photo?”

From my first time on the radio, first EP release, first busks and house concerts, first full band shows and hosting my first monthly music series, those early days were the start of something big. And I’ve got even bigger things in store.

I’ll always be a Californian at heart, but I sure am grateful to call this place home. Love you, Oregon.
