All of us were heartbroken to hear of the passing of colleague, friend and family member of our restaurant community, Chef Sarah Pliner. We had the pleasure and honor of cooking with Sarah as she led our kitchen to making our client’s menu dreams come true. We will always cherish what she contributed to the Portland dining scene and will remember the talent and passion she gave to all her food in the kitchen. Rest in peace Chef. 🧡
