The Earth is a sentient being that ALLOWS us to incarnate on her body so we can kinesthetically feel what its like to create with material substance.

This still BLOWS my mind. We live on the body of a divine being that gives us the opportunity to experience physical form. 🌎🙏😍 So today (really every day) don’t forget to give some love to as she provides everything that we need to experience matter, learn our lessons and fulfill our .

Here’s a few ways to celebrate Earth Day and honor

1. Create an earth painting. It’s super easy- just find a spot of land, do a walk about and find stones, pine cones, whatever-(you can also use crystals or anything that holds meaning for you) and then use your imagination to create a “painting”. This is a great tool to use when you need clarity on an issue. Call in Mother Earth and ask her to give you the information that you need. I like this practice because it allows us to be in the drivers seat and take ownership for our own healing.

2. Do some sacred gardening. As you are planting your various seeds, put each seed into your mouth (to connect with the energy of your DNA) and ask the plant to grow and produce fruits or vegetables that are the most nutritious for your body.

3. Grab some of my Limpia spray- my mom and I harvest our own rosemary, sage and lavender to create this healing spray. It’s made in ceremony with rose quartz crystal to encourage

Remember, the Earth provides us with a canvas to create whatever experience we want. WE get to decide whether to lean into LOVE or FEAR. We can either create joy, peace, and harmony or division, greed, and jealousy. My grandmother, who practiced Curanderismo, used to always tell me, “Mijita, the earth is the house of paintings. We get to decide what we want to create."
