We want to share some sad news with our Roma Café family. At the end of this month, Chef Sid will be moving on to his next adventure. For years, he has been the heart of our kitchen, filling our tables with unforgettable pasta dishes and sharing his passion with every guest who walked through our doors. His creativity, dedication, and kindness have left a lasting mark on Roma, and we are endlessly grateful.

As we send him off with all our love and best wishes, we invite you to join us in celebrating his time here. Over the next few weeks, Chef Sid will be creating a series of farewell specials, rotating daily for a limited time.
