This build features a handcrafted tile wrapped Mugnaini wood fired oven and a fully customized stainless steel interior engineered specifically to support the weight and performance demands of a commercial wood fired system.

Every cut weld and layout choice was crafted in house to create a workspace that flows beautifully even with a heavy oven onboard. From structural reinforcement to custom stainless steel fabrication to ventilation and balance we design these builds from the ground up to perform in any environment.
