Allie Hankins’ performance series, By My Own Hand, threads together ideas of manipulation, su***de, sleight of hand, and self-reliance, and q***rs notions of autobiography and self-reflection.

By My Own Hand, Part 3: THE ACHE, 2023
A three-channel video installation made in collaboration with Hannah Krafcik, By My Own Hand, Part 3: THE ACHE is a tapestry of Allie’s process over the course of five years.
