Looking for calm, cool and kind staff. I am staffing a new space in Downtown L.A. It is 7,000 square feet, with a bar, lounge, lobby and experiential dining room. We will be in training July 1 and set to open Aug. 1, with a couple of weeks of friends and family in-between. All positions in front and back of house. The Chef will be announced soon, but he is a cool award winning and creative intelligent person. The vibe for staff is EVERYONE MATTERS! If you are an experienced Bartender, Server, Busser, Floor Manager, Kitchen (all positions), please send me a note or your resume via messenger. If you are new to the world of hospitality, we have bussers, dishwasher, and hosts positions - also send me a note. We also have two positions that will be interesting and part of a five course tasting dinner on one side of the space, this includes an experienced show caller/Matrie d and a show guide/curator (Great for an actor). All positions will be crossed trained to increase your knowledge and give everyone a chance to climb into other positions. For example all dishwashers will be taught kitchen cooking skills. We already have a great GM, Chef and Facilities manager.
