When we started this challenge, we discussed the need to be perfect on your diet to get the desired effect.
The thing about Jeremy is that his body fat wasn’t at all high in the first place, so to lose body fat and keep his muscle, he was going to have to be very specific. Jeremy stuck to rigorous workouts and was spot on with his food to the point of driving his wife nuts while figuring out his macros at dinner. 🤣

Jeremy also stuck to the Dotfit plan I gave him to ensure he wouldn’t lose any muscle mass.
Well, he did just that. Jeremy lost over 7 percent body fat, losing 11.8 pounds of fat, and his BF% ended at 11.1
Absolutely phenomenal, buddy. You did it perfectly, Jeremy.
