We will be out of office Tuesday December 24th-Thursday December 26th, as well as our normal weekend days of Friday the 27th-Sunday the 29th. We will be back in the office for normal business hours Monday December 30th, Tuesday December 31st and out of office on Wednesday January 1st.
For urgent matters please call the office at 208-261-2411 at any time. We will be available for on-call emergencies during all office closures.
*Please note - refills and scheduling requests are not emergent and can be managed in the patient portal. Requests will be responded to on the following business day.*
