I’ve wondered about the strangeness of picking flowers 💐 They’re temporary things that become even briefer when picked. But I still can’t stop myself - maybe it’s that we just want to possess some beauty, no matter how briefly. Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that the only lasting beauty is YOU, something you have always had and will have forever. Sunsets and flowers don’t last and can’t be possessed for long, but if picking flowers adds the beauty of a smile to your face, I say go for it 🌺 🌸 🌺
