If you’re anything like me, summer requires ice cream. Lots of ice cream.
Unfortunately, I have a wicked sweet tooth and I can easily replace all meals with desserts. It’s especially hard in the summer when all I want is cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone with sprinkles!
But I didn’t just drop over 30+ lbs for nothing…
Yasso to the rescue! I have now indulged in the Pistachio Brittle, Chocolate Fudge, and, of course, Cookie Dough.
The first two are only 80 calories, the last one is 100. These are made with greek yogurt and lots of healthy goodness. There’s no “fake” taste or aftertaste. They’re absolutely delicious!
If you’re on WW, they’re 3-5 points, with some flavors being more (but I don’t buy those).
