We’re beyond honored… our film won Best Short Documentary at the this weekend! 🏆🎬✨

What started as a deeply personal journey of finding and meeting my birth mom, then turning that story into a documentary with my wife, has become something so much bigger. Sharing our story with the world, connecting with incredible filmmakers and now celebrating this award together feels surreal.❤️

Thanks to my mom for letting me share our story, thanks to my wife for helping me tell our story and thanks to my adopted parents for being so supportive. Love ya’ll. Also, thanks to everyone at the Phoenixville Film Festival for curating such an inspiring event. The screenings, workshops and community were all amazing. And to all the filmmakers, screenwriters and film lovers we met… your kindness, passion and support made this festival unforgettable.🙌🏾
