A Message to Our Storage Customers
With our customers and employees at the center of everything we do as a storage facility, we would like to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking in our stores and our corporate office to focus on keeping people safe and healthy.
The cleanliness of our storage facility is always a top priority for us. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we have increased our cleaning of high traffic surfaces, including keypads, doors, and light switches.
Our employees at the store and corporate level, continue to focus on prevention. We encourage them to stay at home if they are not feeling well.
We have a task force focused on planning for different scenarios, including potential shutdowns. With web based software, tablets and call centers, we are equipped to run the businesses remotely if necessary.
We understand this situation is a priority. We are closely monitoring information from the CDC and the WHO. As circumstances continue to change, our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a clean and safe storage facility experience to our customers.
