The Copper Penny Inn is an 1860's farmhouse that has been converted to a bed and breakfast with the guest in mind.
Served a great tomato-basil arugula salad this morning, straight from the garden. Tasty!
Today we served Copper Penny scrambled eggs from our hens, with our own asparagus, house-made sausage and a tasty side of baby salad greens with lemon vinagrette from the kitchen garden. Guests seemed to enjoy it and I thought it was unique; certainly was fresh! Peonies and rhododendrons are in full bloom and looking great.
