Calling all City of Poughkeepsie residents that live in the Middle Main neighborhood! By now you have likely received a postcard in the mail requesting that you fill out our Community Impact Measurement survey. By filling out this survey, you'll have the opportunity to let us know what changes you want to see happen in your community. Tell your family, friends, and neighbors to complete the survey too!

All Middle Main residents who complete this entire survey by October 2020 are eligible to receive a $5 Visa gift card, to be mailed to your address. The Middle Main neighborhood refers only to the blocks in between the East and West Arterials (44/55) from Market Street east to Pershing Avenue. If you do not reside in this neighborhood, you can still complete this survey but are ineligible for a $5 Visa gift certificate.
