JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial HVAC Technicians
System Installation: Install and upgrade commercial HVAC systems following industry specifications.
Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and local regulations.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Residential HVAC Technicians
Installation and Setup: Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Diagnosis and Repair: Identify problems and perform repairs to maintain optimal system performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance to prolong system life.
Client Education: Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
Certification: Relevant HVAC certification and licensing as per local regulations.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the HVAC industry; experience in either commercial or residential settings.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements: Drug-free and clean MVR
