⚾💙 Blue Devils ABO is more than just a baseball team… 💙⚾

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) special needs baseball team and proud part of the national program, our mission goes far beyond the field.

Our team carries a little bit of that classic Sandlot spirit, teammates looking out for one another, friendships that become family, and a love for the game that brings everyone together. We build confidence, teamwork, life skills, and everyday knowledge while creating a safe and supportive environment for every player.

Yes, we focus on baseball, learning the game, and improving skills — but we also focus on the individual person behind the jersey. We listen, support, encourage, and grow together both on and off the field.

Many of our players have been with our organization for years, and watching them grow has been one of the greatest honors for our coaches, families, and community.

We currently recommend ages 16+ for our team and are always excited to welcome new players into the Blue Devils ABO family. If you or someone you know may be interested in joining, please reach out to us for more information.

Some days feel less like practice and more like a great time with good friends. Yesterday was one of those days.

The energy was high, the bats were hot, and everybody was locked in so much… we didn’t even stop to take pictures. Just baseball, teamwork, and a whole lot of hustle.

One thing we learned as a team — sometimes it takes us an inning to get rolling, but once the Blue Devils settle in, the teamwork starts clicking and the plays start happening. That’s what baseball is all about: trusting each other, battling together, and growing every practice.

Proud of every player out there yesterday. Keep working, keep grinding, and keep having fun with the game.

Beyond an amazing honor that our team will never forget. For the past 10 years, the Blue Devils ABO has been built on heart, dedication, and community support. As a nonprofit organization led by volunteer coaches, every opportunity we create for our players comes from the passion and commitment of people who truly believe in this team and its mission.

So far this 2026 season has been going extremely well for the Blue Devils from an extraordinary win to some great practices and growth amongst players. If you or anyone you know is looking to join let us know reach out and we will get you where you need to be. If you don’t have money and that is a concern for you don’t worry we are nonprofit and we will make it happen.

Yesterday was a beautiful Saturday for ABO baseball. Many of our players were able to make it and we played a really strong game proud of all the Blue Devils thankful for Rome, high school and their players as well as ABO national. Time to get some endurance and muscle building drills done starting this Tuesday!
